We are a cashless school
All money owed to the school should be paid via the Arbor Parent App. Payments can be made online via your Arbor Parent App account. Every child, when admitted to the school, is set up with a Arbor Parent account, we will issue you with an account activation letter. Further information and frequently asked questions about the Arbor Parent App is available via the School Office or our website.
For some school activities, especially “off-site” trips where transport costs and entrance fees are incurred, we ask parents to pay something towards the cost. These activities have to cover their own costs and we rely on parental contributions.

How do pay for school services such as school meals, Breakfast/ Afterschool Clubs?
To pay for school services you will need to install the free Arbor Parent App by via the Apple/ Google store. It is quick to install and easy to use. Once you have recieved your activation link from the school, activate your account and select Payment Items. Here you will be able to select the school service you would like to top up funds for. Please note, as per the school's policy, all school services should all be paid for in advance, where any outstanding balances may result in the service being paused or stopped altogether until the outstanding balance has been paid in full.

What cards can I use?
The Arbor Parent App accepts MasterCard and Visa credit cards and Maestro, Switch, Delta, Electron, Solo and Visa debit cards. Some schools may limit the use of credit cards for some transactions; you will be informed by the school directly of any such restrictions.
Is it safe to make payments on the internet?
YES. In fact, it’s as safe to pay online with the Arbor Payment App, as it is to use your credit card in a shop or over the phone! The Arbor Parent App uses leading technology to process your credit/debit card transactions securely. All communication with the bank is encrypted (jumbled up so no one else can read it). Neither Arbor nor the school have access to your card details and your card details are never kept by Arbor or the school.
How can I check that it’s secure?
Standard website addresses begin with ‘http’ whereas the address for a secure site will always begin with ‘https’. You will also see a ‘padlock’ at the bottom right of the screen. Never enter your card details or personal data on any web page whose address does not start with ‘https’.
What about our personal information?
The Arbor Parent App uses a very limited amount of information about you and your child solely for the purpose of administering your account; we do not share or give information to any other organisations. We operate under strict guidelines set out by the Data Protection Act 1998, which ensures the protection and care of personal information. This means that any information you give us electronically will only be used for the purpose that you intended.
Arbor will NEVER contact you by phone, email or mail and ask you to divulge confidential information like passwords or card numbers. If you are ever contacted by someone claiming to be from ParentPay, please contact us immediately on 0208 529 4979.
I don’t have a Smart phone so I can’t access the Arbor Parent App.
